Medical Office Specialist

Greets the public, answers the telephone, check in/registers patients, check out/schedule follow up appointments and collects payments. Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient information. Maintains, copies and files patient records and charts.

Qualifications:  

Requires High School Diploma/ GED.  Reliable transportation is required, as travel is required with this position.  Computer proficiency required, use of electronic health record (Epic) preferred. Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience is also preferred.
