The Medical Officer is responsible for managing the daily operations of healthcare programs, using medical knowledge to ensure good patient care and smooth program performance.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize medical expertise to oversee healthcare services, ensuring patient safety Address special medical cases and provide advice on difficult situations Manage day-to-day tasks such as patient care and record-keeping Resolve escalated medical and operational issues Lead the Telehealth team, offering guidance and training Collaborate with the business and account teams by providing medical knowledge Monitor key performance indicators to guarantee quality service and program success Conduct patient consultations when needed
