About this role. 

As a Medical Oncologist at our Billings Frontier Cancer center, you'll work with a team of 3 board-certified Oncologist in addition to a collaborative team of radiation oncologists, and gynecologic oncologists, that puts patients first! Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and excellent support staff! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

Competitive Compensation: $550,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible!You would practice at our Frontier Cancer Center in Billings, Montana. You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Oncology providers.The clinic is conveniently located just minutes away from Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital providing easy access.EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).Scheduled patient panel, consultant practice, hospitalist admit & dischargeAbility to see different types of cancers.Mixture of oncology and hematology but the focus is oncologyOpportunity to partake in clinical trials.Very infrequent weekend & night callExcellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic!The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What you’ll bring. 

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine. Residency trained in Internal Medicine.Fellowship trained in oncologyBoard certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. We do accept J1 and H1B waiver candidates. * We are well versed in this space and have a strong, capable, and effective team in place to help support and guide you through this process. * Passion for medical oncology.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
