Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Medical Operations Lead who is dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented to join us in our Medical Strategic Operations team, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium or other relevant EU hub.
About the role
As the Medical Operations Lead, you will partner with activity owners for annual and /or ad hoc contracting with particular focus on HCP Engagements. You will execute he process hands-on, but also act as a central SME and go-to partner for teams, assistants, and external vendors involved in HCP Engagement processes, provide advice, ensure best-practice sharing, and enhance process compliance and efficiency.
Who you'll work with
You will work closely with the global Medical Communities team, liaise with Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other key partners.

Proven experience in operational aspects of contracting and medical activitiesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international, cross-functional settingProficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience in managing and improving processes around ANFs/contractingStrong dedication to providing high-quality work with attention to detail and pro-active task completion
