We are looking for a Medical Operations Specialist Nordics who is collaborative, resilient, and proactive to join us in our local medical team. This position will cover the Nordic Region and can be based in Denmark or Southern part of Sweden.
About the role
The Medical Operations Specialist in the Nordic Area is primarily responsible for transparency disclosures, training governance, and Source Clear performance. This role involves coordinating processes across functions and ensuring compliance with local ethical pharma codes. Keeping up to date with local ethical pharma codes is an integral part of the role.
Who you will work with:
The Medical Operations Specialist is driving workstreams to optimize MedOps processes. Meaning, fostering trust, integrity, and transparency within Nordic Area’s Ecosystems to support and demonstrate a solid medical governance by ensuring application of local regulation, clear segregation of duties and mitigation of challenges. Collaborating cross-functionally is key to design and implement compliant MedOps E2E processes.
What you’ll do
Driving transparency requirements and ensuring timely transparency reporting to authorities.Supporting the material clearance process as the Source Clear Business Administrator and Support.Responsible for training governance in Nordics.Maintaining and assigning training plans and coordinating SOP and curricula updates.Optimizing MedOps processes to foster trust, integrity, and transparency.Act as a link between PVUs, MedOps, Ethics and Compliance, RA etc. to facilitate best possible outcome/processEnsuring compliance with local regulations and collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement compliant processes.

Bachelor's degreeWorking in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a matrix organization and in cross-cultural environments. Dealing with complex project and program management.Experience from medical department/GxP function/compliance is an asset.Proficiency with pharmaceutical technology solutions. (e.g., electronic systems, databases)Local language: English and one of more Nordic languagesSkilled in identifying, analyzing, assessing, and mitigating risks related to medical governance and operationsProficiency in using digital tools for material clearance, training management, and project coordinationFocused on finding practical and effective solutions/ problem solving mindsetCapable of training and supporting staff on medical governance policies and procedures.Team player with initiative, independence, persistence, and dependability.
