We are looking for a Medical Partner who will play a key role in identifying unmet medical needs and driving innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners to shape medical strategy, support clinical research, and ensure the highest standards of medical ethics and compliance. The opportunity:
Identifying unmet medical needs and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with Healthcare Ecosystem members and cross-functionally with other teams.
Preparing a medical strategy for a specific area or product group in partnership with other Squad members.
Supporting reimbursement, registration, and medical information activities.
Co-creating information and educational materials.
Approving promotional and informational materials from a medical perspective.
Communicating medical knowledge and insights from the medical community to teams involved in strategy development and execution.
Designing and preparing local clinical trials, overseeing their progress, and providing medical reporting.
Collaborating with medical compliance partners on pharmacovigilance while ensuring the highest standards of GCP, GVP, and medical ethics.
Working closely with the Clinical Research team.
Building strong scientific and professional relationships with HCPs, HCOs, and the Roche network.
Providing medical and scientific support while delivering training to internal teams.
Ensuring consistency and alignment in all interactions with external partners, including experts and key opinion leaders.
Who you are:
Deep knowledge and insights into Evidence-Based Medicine principles.
More than 2 years of relevant experience in medical affairs or similar roles.
A relevant medical university degree e.g. MSc or pharmacist.
A demonstrated passion for improving patient pathways and driving better healthcare outcomes.
Proven experience in managing relationships with high-level KOLs and maintaining a strong network within your therapeutic areas.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data.
Passion for innovative health solutions in the area of medical devices.
Strong medical compliance mindset.
Proficiency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
