Could This Be For You?We are seeking a Payment Specialist II – Remote. This position supports the Accounts Receivable / vendor teams in their daily functions and ensures that all processes (collection, posting, audits, etc.) are processed accurately and timely; in accordance with the Hanger’s standard operating procedures.
Your Impact Research and resolve escalated issues arising due to various posting related issuesAssist with monitoring and auditing of remote team's performance and provide feedbackCommunicate effectively and clearly with a remote teamEnsure payments are posted both accurately and timelyPerform reconciles and investigations to ensure all issues are resolved accurately and timelyAssist with quality assurance audits of business financialsProvide customer support to resolve claim payment processing issues Minimum Qualifications
Minimum
High School Diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experienceMinimum 3 years administrative and/or healthcare billing experience
Preferred
Experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) payment postingNextGen Practice Management experience

Pay range of $18.93 to $26.87 per hour + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
