We are looking for a Medical Psoriasis Lead Intercontinental in Brussels and this is a role with the opportunity to make a significant impact.
About the role
The Medical Psoriasis (PSO) Lead Intercontinental is a senior medical role and is primarily responsible for setting the psoriasis (PSO) Medical Affairs strategic direction to the Medical Affairs Country Teams in InterContinental markets. You provide medical expertise to the PSO cross functional and medical teams and provide clinical and scientific guidance ensuring the successful implementation of the medical part of the business unit's plan for the asset in Immunology.
Who you´ll work with
You will work cross functional with different teams from different countries and departments e.g. from Market Access, Marketing or Medical Affairs. You will lead the co-creation and drive at individual contributor regional level the (PSO) medical strategy, PSO medical education strategy and PSO scientific communication strategy based on local medical insights, by translating science into value for patients, health care community and the organization, and will provide regional medical PSO strategic direction to the IC country Medical Teams.

Medical Strategic Leadership: Provide senior medical & scientific subject matter expertise for PSO in the regionMedical Operations/Implementation: Ensure implementation and be accountable for launch of strategically relevant and insightful medical dashboardsEvidence Generation: work closely together with the Evidence Generation ( )Lead Intercontinental to prioritize psoriasis data gaps at individual contributor level, ensuring individual contributor evidence generation plan and co-creating a communication strategy in alignment and close collaboration with the Individual Contributor Country Immunology Medical Leads, Missions, Real world evidence ( ), Market Access and Integrated & Strategic Evidence Generation ( )LeadsInternal Medical Content Training: Responsible to build and implement a strong and robust internal medical training plan/material in collaboration with the Global training leads
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
University Degree in Life Science, Pharma etc.Experience in Dermatology and preferably psoriasis spaceSubstantial Medical Affairs Regional/Global experience within the pharmaceutical industry, (5+ years) in the respective therapeutic areas or similar experienceStrong understanding of clinical development and study management, as well as real world evidence generation plans and practicesSolid knowledge of the pharma environment and healthcare ecosystems and relevance for the business.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
