Job Title: Medical Receptionist Job Description As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will work with 2-3 different EMR systems, manage patient check-ins and check-outs, verify dates of birth and insurance, collect payments, create appointments, contact patients for 'no-shows' or rescheduling, and send out dictated letters from doctors via email.
