Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry for a Medical Receptionist based in Savannah, Georgia. This role involves managing patient interactions and maintaining accurate records, making use of certain software tools to provide efficient service. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle incoming calls and patient inquiries • Utilize Allscripts and Cerner Technologies for patient management • Leverage EHR SYSTEM for maintaining electronic health records • Process patient check-ins and maintain up-to-date charts and graphs • Use Dentrix Dental Software and Eaglesoft for various administrative tasks • Ensure accurate record keeping and timely response to patient requests • Actively monitor patient accounts and take necessary action based on their status. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing Allscripts software for patient management. • Demonstrable experience with Cerner Technologies. • Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM for maintaining electronic health records. • Excellent communication skills to effectively answer and address patient concerns. • Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner. • Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs for patient data. • Experience in checking patients in and out, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
