Experience Required Greets visitors and assists them during check-in, intake and checkoutProvides outstanding customer service Schedules appointments and records information in Practice Management System ( Electronic Scheduling System) Answers to telephone calls and routes appropriatelyVerifies insurance eligibility, ensures requirements are met and explains to patients as neededCollects co-pays Education Requirements High School graduate or equivalent Special Requirements High School graduate or equivalent One year of experience in customer service or reception, health care environment preferredPrevious data entry or typing experience and knowledge of basic office equipment requiredComputer experience preferred.
