Medical Records Analyst
Whittier Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center
Full time, 40 hours - Monday through Friday
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Review active medical records.Data entry of appropriate diagnostic codesRespond to patient information inquiresPrepare correspondence Assist physicians with record completionNotify medical records direct of any delinquent medical records
PREREQUISITES:
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
• Ability to calculate simple math
