Quad City Gastroenterology is looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our wonderful team.

About the Opportunity

The individual hired will be responsible for creating new medical records and retrieves existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents; assigning and recording new record numbers; verifying existing record numbers; inputting and recording locations to computer; delivering records. This position will also assist with ordering, organizing and stocking supplies.

Our team operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 About the Candidate

High school diploma or equivalent is required Prior experience with electronic medical records preferred. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Accurate and speedy data entry skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be detailed-oriented and organized.
