The Medical Records Coordinator Job Duties: 

Responsible for the overall maintenance of medical records, to include ensuring each record is properly labeled, complete, organized, and controlled. Includes Release of Information, Patient Information Logs, Medicare Documentation, Death Reporting & Confidentiality.
