Medical Records - Document Imaging Processor Baltimore, MD - 100% On-Site $17-18/hr Description + Scanning patient records + Completing prep work on patient records and files to be submitted to electronic system + Digitizing all paper charts/records-- Scan into system and index them + Filing patient charts/records + Assisting all Medical Records clerks with ensuring accuracy of records + Communicating with various departments to access records and submit Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must have high school diploma or equivalent + Must have at least 1+ years of work experience within customer service, administrative type role within healthcare. + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Requires walking, standing, sitting, frequent stooping and bending, and lifting of heavy charts. + Must have strong computer/communication skills/customer service.
