Description We are in search of a CONTRACT HIGH VOLUME Medical Recruiter to join our team in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role primarily revolves around recruitment in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on high-volume recruitment. You will be working in a hybrid workplace setting, which balances remote and on-site work. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, 6+ months. Responsibilities: • Handling a large number of open requisitions simultaneously- upwards of 60-80 at a time. • Conducting full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Nurses, Nursing Students, Anesthesia Techs, etc. • Making use of On-Demand video interviews and self-scheduling tools to streamline the recruitment process • Taking part in the offer process, followed by initiating background checks and compliance procedures • Maintaining organization and effective communication throughout the recruitment process • Using CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems, such as iCIMS, to manage the recruitment dashboard • Performing administrative tasks related to recruitment, beyond the initial 15-20% of recruiting duties • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook as part of daily tasks and communication. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems for streamlining recruitment processes • Experience in conducting thorough background checks on potential hires • Proven track record in high volume recruitment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple hiring needs simultaneously • Familiarity with iCIMS software, showcasing the ability to utilize it effectively for recruitment purposes • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented communication and scheduling • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies, displaying the ability to attract and retain top-tier talent TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
