Site Name: Belgium-Wavre Posted Date: Feb 21 2025 Job Purpose : As GP Sales Representative Adult GP, you will be in charge of launching and promoting our adult vaccines in Belgium to General Practitioners. Reporting to the First Line Sales Manager, you will act as the responsible person in your area by building your targeting and your action plans to achieve/exceed your sales targets. The role holder will be responsible to visit general practitioners in a well defined sector with bricks : Oostende (311), Oostende Arr. (312), Veurne (330), Diksmuide (340), Ieper (350), Roeselaere (371), Izegem (372), Wevelgem (384) Key Responsibilities: Managing the Business & Driving Performance You promote and detail the value of GSK vaccines to target groups and communicate the key messages to targeted GPs. You challenge the targeted customers to identify eligible patients and encourage recommendation and administration of our GSK vaccines. You drive implementation of your territory action plan including ambitious call coverage/frequency, local events & omnichannel reach. You understand the local prescribing dynamics and feedback your relevant customer insights to the commercial and medical colleagues. You ensure all activities are executed in alignment with GSK high ethics and compliance standards and with all applicable local legal requirements and regulations. You ensure discipline in KPI execution (effective calls versus plan, coverage targets,…) & take the lead to prepare monthly performance meetings (usage of the VEEVA CRM system). People & Culture Fostering cross team and function collaboration and acting with integrity and accountability. Working in collaboration with other field colleagues to build strong relationships based on trust to maximize synergies across GSK and to maximize effectiveness. Driving a culture of continuous improvement, open to be coached, open to develop appropriate skills in close collaboration with N+1. Driven to give feedback and collaborate with N+1, marketing, medical and other stakeholders Lead by example: Always act with integrity, work with GSK values and in line with Consumer Healthcare Company behaviors.
