Your Role: 

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Cardiometabolic & Endocrinology Franchise portfolio requires by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), prescribers, and other customers both individually and in groups. The responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer needs, engagement preferences, and feedback while implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive sales performance. The role also involves planning and recording customer visits in the company CRM system, managing field activities to meet sales targets, and contributing to the coordination of national and regional initiatives such as congresses, workshops, and HCP meetings in line with marketing strategies. Additionally, active leadership in regional performance meetings and strict adherence to ethical and compliance guidelines are integral to success.

Who you are: 

Approximately 3+ years of professional experience at a similar position, will be considered an advantage 

Demonstrated strong sales performance 

Excellent communication and presentation skills 

University level of professional qualifications in pharmaceutical or medical science, or economy, or business, or equivalent 

Word, Excel, Internet, etc. 

Valid driving license (category B)
