We are seeking a Medical Scheduler/Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, verifying insurance, and answering other patient questions. Description + Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day from established patients. + Make outbound calls as needed to assist with scheduling and follow-ups. + Verify insurance + Answer non-urgent questions and provide information to patients. + Partner with doctors to maximize schedules and assist in the scheduling process. + Will train to help triage any immediate optical issues. + Collaborate with the referrals team Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST - High school diploma or GED - min 6 months administrative healthcare experience -Experience verifying insurance and scheduling appointments - min 1 year total call center experience PREFERRED - Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
