A comprehensive portfolio of cellular, acellular, and matrix products empower our patients with life-changing solutions.    What You Will Achieve: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Organogenesis is a clinical and scientific expert representing the Medical Science team. The MSL is responsible for communicating clinical and scientific product information to the healthcare community in an ethical and unbiased manner through one-on-one interactions, small group discussions and lecture presentations. The MSL will manage the educational and scientific needs of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's) by establishing long-term strategic relationships. Leveraging those relationships and knowledge of wound healing, the MSL will provide strategic input and operational support for clinical development programs.   The candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functionally matrixed organization. This position will focus on activities in the Western United States. Ideal candidate will live in CO, UT, NV, OR, WA, or CA and be close to a major airport.   How You Will Achieve It: In cooperation with the Medical Information Center, respond to requests for clinical and scientific information related to Organogenesis’s products. Develop and prepare educational slide decks which are presented to various external customers.  Remain current on the developments and trends in medical sciences. Attend assigned local, regional, and national medical symposiums. Assist with publication planning and execution initiatives. Run gap analyses to inform publication strategy. Provide broad clinical and scientific support for commercial team activities. This would include input on product positioning as well as medical based training for the commercial team members. When requested, provide a review of data on potential new business development opportunities. Follow up on post-marketing adverse events by obtaining relevant clinical information to enable the Medical Director to make an accurate assessment. Follow up may also involve re-education regarding effective & safe product usage. Identify potential investigators for clinical development programs and interact with them on an ongoing basis
