You will be accountable for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and Belarus and report to Science Chapter Lead.
Position is based in Almaty or in Astana
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to developing integrated Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy aligned with the Global strategy, ensuring close collaboration with key clinical and scientific experts through regular face-to-face and online meetings.
Scientific Expertise: Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic areas, facilitating the exchange of relevant information with thought leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
Relationship Building: Build and leverage relationships with key external scientific and medical customers to understand evolving healthcare trends and ensure scientific support for Primary Point of Contacts (PPOC) as well as other internal stakeholders.
Launch Readiness: Participate as a member of launch readiness and value & access affiliate teams, contributing to launch readiness, value creation, and patent access in Ophthalmology and assigned products.
Regulatory and Safety Contributions: Support regulatory and safety outcomes, collect evidence gaps, and ensure their inclusion in the global Integrated Evidence Plan. Lead Real-World Data (RWD) activities, the One Roche approach, MedInfo support, and uphold compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
Key Requirements:
Established disease area network (within ophthalmology) and strong stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with Healthcare system partners and Therapeutic Experts
Experience in building medical\\scientific exchange, communication and value creation
Expert knowledge of Ophthalmology
Knowledge in Real World Evidence (RWE), clinical expertise and environmental expertise (patient journey, healthcare system landscape, clinical practice landscape, etc.)
Growing mindset and strategic thinking
English and Russian language written and spoken
