The Position業務内容MSAグループとしては『臨床上の意思決定の変革および患者アクセスの拡大のため、戦略的にエビデンスと検査需要を創出し、Roche製品とソリューションの臨床実装を促進します。』をビジョンとして掲げ、日々の活動を行っています。弊社の有する製品は幅広い専門領域（循環器、内分泌・代謝、感染症、Neurology、Critical Care、Oncology、Women's Health等）をカバーしています。MSAグループでは、グループを2つのUnitに分け、1つのUnitが複数の疾患領域に対応しています。各人は1つのUnitに所属し、そのUnitが担当する疾患領域の中で複数の疾患領域を担当しています。その結果1つの疾患領域を同じUnitに所属する複数のメンバーがカバーし、そのメンバー全体で以下の業務を行います。

Clinical Development（臨床開発）PPM（プロジェクトポートフォリオマネジメント）に沿って、適切なタイミングでの製品の確実な上市を目指す。またビジネス戦略の策定にも貢献し、市販後活動につなげビジネスに貢献する。

Scientific Interaction（医学的・科学的見地からのKOLエンゲージメントとエビデンス創出）医学専門家とのコミュニケーションを通じて、アンメットメディカルニーズを収集し、ロシュ製品の新たな価値の創造と臨床実装の促進・普及を関連部署と連携して進める。臨床上の意思決定の変革および患者アクセスの拡大のため、戦略的にエビデンスを創出し、検査の需要を喚起する。

必要な経験・能力医療系資格（医師、歯科医師、薬剤師、看護師）を活用して医学的な知見に基づく価値の創造を行い、顧客視点で弊社の成長に必要な貢献を具体化できること。ホリスティックな視点：総合的なメディカル戦略を考え、実行できる方。Growth MindsetとOut of Box Thinking：成長思考を持ち、革新的な発想ができる方。意欲：新しい分野を学び、挑戦する意欲がある方。製薬、医療機器、または診断薬企業でのメディカルアフェアーズまたは臨床開発の経験を有することが望ましいですが、未経験でも医療系資格を有していればキャッチアップすることが可能な環境を用意しています。

必要なスキルコミュニケーションスキルリーダーシップ（ロシュではリーダーシップのあり方として、Visionary、Architect、Coach、Catalyst（VACC）の４つの柱を大切にしています）問題解決力傾聴力英語の読み書きができる能力に加え、ビジネスレベルの英会話が可能であれば歓迎
