Determine and implement a flawless strategy for managing medical affairs and scientific engagement in the Iberian regionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement medical and scientific initiativesLead and mentor a team of medical scientific liaisons, ensuring their exceptional performanceActively collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to foster meaningful connections.Offer scientific expertise and assistance to colleagues within the organization and external clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferredProven experience in medical affairs or scientific engagement within the healthcare industryStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
