Our medical practice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a desire to provide exceptional patient care. 

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMR) systemAssist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with proceduresMaintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsCommunicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and other medical staffPerform administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information
Requirements High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a medical assistant program or equivalent experienceKnowledge of medical terminology and EMR systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
