About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at The Fertility Center of Oregon, a part of Women’s Care, on Country Club Road in Eugene, Oregon.  The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week and we are proud to offer attractive pay and a great benefits package. 


What will you do:

Under the direction of the physician/provider, transcribes patient orders, including laboratory tests, imaging tests, medications, etc.May accompany the physician/provider into the patient examination area to transcribe a history and physical examination as given by the patient and physician/provider.Completes the patient’s chart by summarizing consultation and or examination, listing all proper diagnoses as well as any follow up instructions. Monitors chart progress to ensure workup is complete and the practitioner can make timely decisions regarding the patient’s care.Navigates the EMR to look up pertinent past medical records. Retrieves, organizes, prioritizes, stores, and maintains transmittable information utilizing electronic technology.Pre-loads new patient charts and uploads images into the EHR. Requirements

What do you need to bring to the role:

Bachelor’s Degree (complete or in progress) in science or healthcare related field preferred.
