Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in drafting and transcribing medical correspondence letters and patient treatment documentations Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documents by verifying information and cross-referencing with patient records Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient documentation of patient encounters Translate medical jargon and abbreviations into understandable language for non-medical personnel Manage and organize medical records and documentation systems Participate in training sessions to stay updated on medical terminology and documentation practices Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls All other tasks as required
