QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative roleMedical Secretary certification preferredMedical coding certification preferredProficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsStrong knowledge of medical terminology and office proceduresExcellent command of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with medical scheduling softwareDemonstrated knowledge of medical billing and insurance proceduresStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with high accuracy in data entryWorking knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare complianceAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
