By combining your keen communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, you'll collaborate closely with nursing teams, clients, and external agencies to organize medical records, distribute mail, and run daily reports.
Your contributions extend beyond the basics, too – from arranging virtual meetings to maintaining caseload reviews, you'll foster connections within our organization, ultimately enriching the care we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:
· Request medical records from external sources for nursing teams and clients
· Submit referral forms for services outside the psychiatry department
· Send daily reports to enhance communication between scheduling and clinical staff
· Schedule virtual care rooms for psychiatry offices
· Assist in various clerical tasks, like faxing, composing client letters, transferring clients, and generating caseload reviews
· Sort and distribute mail to the clinical team
· Set up virtual meetings as needed for audio/video psychiatry appointments and conferences
· Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required)
· Administrative experience in an office setting (preferred)
