1. The Opportunity:
We are looking for Medical Service provider network and services Specialist to support Claims Manager to build and maintain medical providers/partners networks. In addition, you contribute as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to enhance healthcare services. You shall work with dynamic, professional, and strong core values organization.
2. Responsibility:
Supporting Manager to build and maintain excellent relationship with medical providers/partners networks, managing medical providers networks to provide excellent and effective service to customers in healthcare;
Supporting Manager to expand medical service providers network continuously aiming to make medical service providers become one of key competitive services for claims and to support MVL’s strategies;
Supporting Manager to provide training courses/workshops with medical providers/partners network for excellent healthcare services;
Contribution as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to enhance healthcare services;
Collaboration with cross departments/functions to smoothly solve all claims-related issues and reach claims objectives;
Duties to support Department targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Team leader/Line Manager

5. What are we looking for?
Education: University or College degree in economics or equivalent, preferably in insurance field. English intermediate is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of healthcare insurance/services, medical service providers/partners development experiences.
Having good relationship with medical service providers/ partners is a plus.
Having Microsoft office, teamwork, negotiation and communication skills.
Being proactive, enthusiasm, hardworking, collaborative and honest.
Being able to work under high pressure.
Good attitude and respect colleagues.
