Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Medical Services team, overseeing all clinic operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for process improvement, quality assurance, and service delivery enhancement across all corporate clinics. Manage key client relationships at a strategic level, acting as the senior point of contact for escalated operational issues and ensuring high client satisfaction. Drive alignment between headquarters, field operations, and client stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and support business growth.
