Medical Staff Quality and Compliance Specialist

CentraCare is looking for a qualified candidate to be our Medical Staff Quality and Compliance Specialist. You will be responsible for the development, approval, and maintenance of Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Privilege and Hearing Manuals, and other Medical Staff Governance documents of hospitals across the CentraCare System to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This role adheres to procedures, designated roles and responsibilities as outlined in medical staff polices. You will be responsible for development, alignment and maintenance of privilege sets for the System Hospitals and Surgery Centers. You will maintain current knowledge in assigned program areas by reviewing literature, attending meetings or seminars, and communicating with other professionals in the field.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Hybrid Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility needed Travel to CentraCare sites occasionally required

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $69,929.18 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range:  $69,929.18 - $104,936.52 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required or associate's degree with 3 years of experience in Medical Staff functions required 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Staff functions and/or regulatory experience required Critical Thinking - must have the ability to process large amounts of information and to evaluate meaning with a rational open mind based on the evidence at hand Experience with presentations and communicating at all levels of the organization, systemwide preferred
