Medical Staff Svcs Manager - Medical Staff Services - FT - Days
Haywood Regional Medical Center
Communicates with physician practices to develop recruitment profiles as required by LifePoint recruitment best practices.Works collaboratively with hospital leadership to create and execute a comprehensive physician recruitment plan.Obtains appropriate pre-visit and post-visit approvals and documents required by LifePoint Hospital Support Center and Haywood Regional Medical Center.Serves as the primary contact for physician candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Minimum Education
Associate's Degree in related field required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.Minimum Work Experience
Experience in professional recruitment strongly preferred.
Experience in working with physicians or working in a hospital setting desired.Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
