Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Warehouse/Purchasing position. The Medical Store Warehouse/Purchasing person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepares all items to be shipped and received on a daily basisNotifies appropriate parties of shipments receivedPlace all items received for stock into the appropriate location on a daily basisMonitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and places orders when necessaryMaintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashionAdhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rulesCleans all DME in rental return room according to company policy and places items back in stock on a daily basisDisinfects all appropriate equipment according to company policy and places items back in stock on a regular basisDelivery driver duties as neededRotating on-call schedulePerform other tasks as assigned or necessary

QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentGood organizational and customer service skillsGood communications skillsBasic knowledge of home care medical products and suppliesAccurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the positionAbility to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
