Your Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ Maintaining a professional and caring environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
✅ Recognizing and understanding the specific needs of different age groups to provide appropriate assessment, treatment, and care.
✅ Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene for patients and the hospital environment.
✅ Understanding safe storage and handling of medications, including IV solutions and prepackaged kits.
✅ Conducting hourly rounds to enhance patient comfort and safety.
✅ Assisting with nutritional and hydration interventions, such as feeding and providing fluids.
✅ Collecting and recording patient data to support the interdisciplinary team.
✅ Participating in evidence-based practice and setting personal goals for continued professional growth.
✅ Adhering to health and safety protocols to protect both patients and staff.
