Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ Maintaining a professional and caring environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
✅ Recognizing and understanding the specific needs of different age groups to provide appropriate assessment, treatment, and care.
✅ Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene for patients and the hospital environment.
✅ Understanding safe storage and handling of medications, including IV solutions and prepackaged kits.
✅ Conducting hourly rounds to enhance patient comfort and safety.
✅ Assisting with nutritional and hydration interventions, such as feeding and providing fluids.
✅ Collecting and recording patient data to support the interdisciplinary team.
✅ Participating in evidence-based practice and setting personal goals for continued professional growth.
