Job Description
Provides quality clinical information by accurately performing laboratory tests and procedures. Works effectively with others to meet patient and care provider needs. Actively promotes a lean work culture by performing group leader duties to ensure consistent use of lean principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements. Assists leadership team with administrative and technical support as required. Recognizes necessity of taking ownership of own motivation, morale, performance, and professional development.
