Requirements:
Must have hospital (medical) microbiology experience. ASCP (or equivalent) certification is preferred.About the Job:
Performs moderate and high complexity tests in the clinical microbiology laboratory.Ensures that specimens are appropriate for test methodologies.Documents all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed.Sets up cultures, isolates and identifies microorganisms manually and with instrumentation.Assists customers with information regarding laboratory testing in a pleasant and professional manner.We know it’s not just about finding a job.
