**Northwest Medical Center - Springdale has an opening for a Full Time Medical Lab Tech Lead!** **Emphasis Point of Care ; Tuesday-Friday 10 hour shifts** **$5000 SIGN ON BONUS** The Medical Technologist must promote good public relations for the department and Northwest Medical Center while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality. Medical Technologists are responsible for: + Experience with training non laboratory personnel. + Working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards. + Develops Quality Control Plan. + Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. + Performs a variety of tasks.
