Join our dynamic Medical Value Partner team at Roche Diagnostics, where we are looking for two talented professionals to drive medical innovation in in vitro diagnostics. One role will focus on the cardiometabolic area, while the second will support preventive health, screening programs and digital health solutions. As a Medical Value Partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving clinical innovation and its integration into clinical practice, improving patient pathways, assuring medical compliance and providing expert medical insights to Poland and ten Central Eastern European Countries.
This role will require up to 15% travel. At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model, blending flexibility with in-person collaboration. Employees are expected in the Warsaw office two days a week, with variations based on business needs (e.g., workshops, conferences, and team events).
The opportunity:
Enable medical standards of care applied by healthcare professionals (HCPs) to align with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy, driving medical initiatives for both Poland and reporting countries.
Engage and partner with clinical stakeholders, building a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant influencers in the healthcare space.
Map patient journeys and influence their transformation through the adoption of innovative diagnostic solutions.
Shape therapeutic areas with a focus on non-product-related expertise, facilitating discussions with national consultants and KOLs at the national level.
Continuously expand medical, scientific, and market knowledge to stay at the forefront of healthcare trends and innovations.
Work as a part of Networks and Communities to support cross-functionally activities and projects across Poland, reporting region and internationally
Verify and approve scientific content for symposia, workshops, publications, and promotional materials, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and relevance.
Supporting educational initiatives in alignment with Roche's compliance rules and medical strategy.
Who you are:
Deep knowledge and insights into Evidence-Based Medicine principles, particularly in the cardiometabolic and preventive health-screening therapeutic areas.
5+ years of relevant experience in a clinical/medical work environment.
A relevant medical university degree or deep scientific expertise (a MD or PhD is an advantage).
A demonstrated passion for improving patient pathways and driving better healthcare outcomes.
Proven experience in managing relationships with high-level KOLs and maintaining a strong network within your therapeutic areas.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data.
Passion for innovative health solutions in the area of medical devices.
Strong medical compliance mindset.
Proficiency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
