Medicare Compliance Manager

RVO Health is looking for a Medicare Compliance Manager to improve the Medicare consumer’s shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our experiences provide accurate information to consumers and monitor CMS regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do Compliance Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic compliance roadmap to scale our Medicare Advantage compliance organization. This includes coordination with product, developers, and content teams to implement necessary changes or updates. Content Review: Thoroughly examining all Medicare-related information shown to consumers to ensure it's up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with current regulations. Support the on time delivery of marketing communications across multiple channels and work streams, including the development and review of CMS-required regulatory documents in preparation for each Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Regulatory Monitoring: Own the ongoing process improvement work to continually improve the state of compliance of the team; this will involve reviewing and understanding the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines to provide concise, actionable summaries. Audit: Prepare regular audit reports for leadership, highlighting compliance issues and recommending improvements. Training and Upskilling: Provide guidance or training to other team members on Medicare compliance requirements for web content. What We’re Looking For 3+ years' experience in a Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance role. Including an intimate knowledge of Medicare plan details, including benefits, coverages, member costs, etc. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Product, Content, and other business leaders on an ongoing basis. Experience creating processes to proactively identify risks and solve potential issues before they enter production environment. Must thrive in a highly-regulated, highly collaborative, high-speed environment; comfortable making decisions based on incomplete information. Willingness to collaborate with business leadership to challenge and align on business and financial objectives and KPIs that then fuel the compliance strategy. Ability to be an active and collaborative thought partner. Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements. Starting Salary: $104,000- $125,000
