Position Purpose: Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by leading the dental, vision and hearing Medicare Product development through strategy development, identify opportunities, plan, organize, monitor and lead multiple, concurrent strategies to implementation. Identify and deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.

Develop and lead strategies for Medicare Supplemental benefits including dental, vision and hearingSupport Medicare Advantage bid development to determine product and benefit changes in response to CMS requirements and market positioning. Lead potential vendor research evaluation and implementationDevelop and lead strategies for Medicare Supplemental benefits including dental, vision and hearingPerform detailed analysis and provide tailored benefit recommendationsDevelop CMS filing guidelines for dental, vision and hearing benefitsManage multiple benefits through full product development life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of documents and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating execution, deployment and closureUtilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage benefit portfolio.Maintain detailed benefit design documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans.Provide leadership and effectively communicate status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentationsNegotiate with stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risksLead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectivesProvide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.Medicare Supplement Benefits (Dental, Vision, Hearing) experience strongly preferred.5+ yeas of product development strongly preferredCMS filing experience strongly preferred

Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
