Job Summary:


As a Medication Clinic LPN, you will provide nursing care and support to patients in a medication clinic setting. You will administer medications, monitor patient responses, and educate patients on medication management and adherence.


As Medical Assistant, you will support healthcare professionals with administrative and clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and updating medical records. You may also assist with procedures, handle lab tests, and provide patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications : Safely administer prescribed medications to patients.Monitor patient responses : Observe and document patient reactions to medications.Patient education : Educate patients on medication management, adherence, side effects, and potential interactions.Vital sign assessment : Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse.Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Collaboration with healthcare team : Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Medication management : Assist with medication inventory, ordering, and storage.Patient assessment : Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' medical and emotional needs.

Experience and/or Education Qualifications:

LPN required: graduation from an accredited school of nursing, accredited college/vocational school and current professional registration in the State of Missouri, with confirmation from the Missouri State Board of Nursing.Prior experience with adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.
