Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offers programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential rehabilitation. The Sojourn Residential Program team provides integrated rehabilitation to individuals who have both mental illness and an intellectual disability.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will oversee medication management for clients, train staff in medication monitoring procedures, and assess for potential issues and implement interventions as appropriate.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Providing transportation to and attending clients’ medical appointments, as necessary. Developing medication plans for all clients receiving services. Providing education and linkage to clients regarding medication and health services. Counseling clients on the potential side effects of medication.What you’ll get from us.

A high school diploma or GED. A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
