YOUR FUTURE ROLE


The regional MEE Architecture Advisor Expert (m/f/d) guides new and existing SAP ERP and
SAP S/4HANA customers on the usage and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Cloud in conjunction to additional
SAP cloud products and hyperscaler native services. Savvy in a broad range of key processes, specialized on
S/4HANA Functional Scoping and with deepest expertise in developing target business architectures, you will
help customers understand their functional requirements and map them back into holistic transformation
scenarios. As part of a black-belt team consisting of senior business and technical (chief) architects, you
support clients navigating the cloud world, creating cloud focused roadmaps and demonstrate the art-ofpossible. You will work across the entire MEE region.


Responsibilities include also the following:

 

Developing End-to-End Transformation Roadmaps with coverage of the complete SAP solution portfolio centered around S/4HANA cloud, yet also looking broader to, e.g. complementary hyperscaler native services (AWS, Azure, GCP) Fostering a transformational approach in strategic deals of the region, create client’s transformed target business architecture and additional coverage of one architecture domain like technology and/ or data architecture and/ or application architecture Act as thought leader and develop best practices in relation to S/4HANA cloud as well as other SAP cloud products and create assets to enable the respective market units

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university. Deep functional process knowledge in S/4HANA (Scope of Enterprise Management / Core) Outstanding cross-functional/ cross-domain knowledge Excellent skills in mapping needed business capabilities to target solution/application landscape. Strong skills in project management and ability to structure complex problems/tasks Ability to try out new approaches and excellent skills in objection handling during debates. Thorough understanding of possibilities of hyperscalers and their strategies. Excellent understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets, and competition. Demonstrated experience in customer interaction up to Executive and Board level and outstanding presentation skills Several years of professional business experience as well as work experience with an international focus. Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory


ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The regional Cloud Transformation and Architecture Team supports our customers in their cloud transformation and advising them on the best possible transition approach based on their requirements and needs. This implies a broad coverage of the customer’s processes in and around
S/4HANA including hyperscaler technology to be able to support direct sales in roadmap engagements. The
team also acts as subject matter expert for the market units and provides limited spot-consulting when needed.
