Meeting & Event Manager – $90K-$100K – DC

Our client, an international manufacturer focused on innovation and sustainability, is looking for a direct hire Meeting & Event Manager to lead all events in their DC office!

About the Job:

Plan and execute events annually to strengthen stakeholder relationships.Coordinate event logistics including A/V and room set-up, menu and décor selection, and collaborating with external vendors.Serve as the point-of-contact for event attendees and internal staff.Collaborate with local organizations to partner on events; responsible for in-person and virtual event scheduling.Create and track project timelines, providing administrative support and follow-up as needed.Manage the Meeting & Event Coordinator, delegating tasks and providing mentorship.

About You:

5+ years of hands-on event experience are required; CMP certification is preferred.Passionate about events and building relationships.Able to collaborate with international executives and attendees, willing to learn and be sensitive to the office's global culture.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

About the Position and Benefits:
