Requirements:

 

Understanding of production target and quality procedures Ability to problem solve and to foresee problems that may affect production Proactive approach and capable of working in a synchronized way within a team Organised and analytically accurate with the ability to understand and follow written instructions Understanding of the flexibility requirements  Being a fast learner and able to retail information Positive and reliable attitude Hardworking and enthusiastic  Ability to work within a team or without supervision Be able to work in a confined space

 

Training will be provided for successful candidate.   

We are currently recruiting within the Alloy facility for two Melter’s Helper’s with the option to train as a Melter Operator if successful. Both roles operate on a three-shift pattern. 

 

Main Activities:              

Ensure all EH&S policies are followed. Ensure all quality processes are followed such as process releases and SOP’s. Adhere to all Howmet Business Systems such as daily management boards, 5’s and TPM. Participate in problem solving and improvement activities
