We are currently recruiting within the Alloy facility for two Melter’s Helper’s with the option to train as a Melter Operator if successful. Both roles operate on a three-shift pattern. Main Activities: + Ensure all EH&S policies are followed. + Ensure all quality processes are followed such as process releases and SOP’s. + Adhere to all Howmet Business Systems such as daily management boards, 5’s and TPM. + Participate in problem solving and improvement activities Requirements: + Understanding of production target and quality procedures + Ability to problem solve and to foresee problems that may affect production + Proactive approach and capable of working in a synchronized way within a team + Organised and analytically accurate with the ability to understand and follow written instructions + Understanding of the flexibility requirements + Being a fast learner and able to retail information + Positive and reliable attitude + Hardworking and enthusiastic + Ability to work within a team or without supervision + Be able to work in a confined space Training will be provided for successful candidate.
