Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary Member Associate to join their team in Washington, DC for ~6 months!

About The Job:

Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.Develop and maintain a filing system both hardcopy and electronic.Troubleshoot for websites and other areas. Escalate as necessary.Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

About You:

2+ years of membership experience in an association is required.A bachelor's degree is required.Must be able to travel 3-4 times per year.Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

About the Position:
