In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsible for driving new membership sales and retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. **Key Accountabilities:** + Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. + Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager. + Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills. + Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + A passion for helping people live healthier lives. + Ability to be a team player and work well with others. + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. + Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.). + Sales experience is a plus, but not required. + Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. Compensation: $15 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
