Key job responsibilities

* Maintain and improve the UIs that power our research platform
* Conduct UX improvement studies and act on findings
* Construct reliable APIs for developers to build agent-powered products
* Improve our CI/CD pipelines and frontend devX environments as required
* Build tooling to collect high quality annotated data
* Work closely with researchers to create new techniques and tooling around emerging research capabilities and evaluating models to meet customer needs
* Manage project prioritization, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication
* Illuminate trade-offs, educate the team on best practices, and influence technical strategy
* Operate in a dynamic environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules

A day in the life
As a developer in our research engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain a platform that powers actuation services, researcher tooling, and API development for building our best-in-class AI agents. You’ll also work closely with our engineers and researchers to ensure agent performance across the board. For this role, we’re looking for a frontend leaning, full-stack engineer.
