For developers, NDK speeds time to value and reduces operational risk by introducing a cloud native operating model. For business owners, NDK increases cost efficiency and simplifies the delivery of resilient and easy to use infrastructure. NDK also aims to alleviate user pain points around vendor lock-in by offering compatibility with many industry standard Kubernetes distributions. You will report to a Senior Technical Manager who values autonomy in team members and fosters a culture of open communication and problem-solving. The manager's leadership style emphasizes empowerment, allowing engineers to explore their full potential while offering guidance and support when needed. This position is hybrid in San Jose, requiring team members to work from the office. There are no travel requirements associated with this role, allowing team members to focus entirely on their development tasks and collaboration efforts within the office. **Your Role** + Assess product requirements. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. **Hybrid:** This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
